We've fought a lot of battles together, but this year's election could be one of our most important yet.

** If you can't make it to the polls next Tuesday, be sure to vote absentee at your circuit clerk's office by noon tomorrow (Saturday, August 24). **

Next Tuesday is critical! That's the day of the Primary Election runoff. It's the day we get to cast our votes for candidates who respect and support our teachers and our public schools.

After enduring eight years of hostility toward public education and countless underhanded legislative shenanigans, we have an opportunity to elect state leaders who will govern with integrity and honor the teaching profession. Read more here.

You are eligible to vote in the Republican Primary runoff if you:
• did not vote at all on August 6
• voted in the Republican Primary on August 6

If you voted in the Democratic Primary on August 6, you should vote in the Democratic Primary runoff.
